Deerfield USD 216 - Home of the Spartans

We once again came out and started slow and got behind. The girls never stopped fighting, and we were able to cut the deficit to 5 in the 2nd half, but we just ran out of gas and time. We see some positives in that we have girls rebounding harder and more aggressively. Even though we still had too many turnovers, we cut down on our turnovers and looked to shoot the ball more. We are always disappointed to lose but will return to practice and continue to improve. We still have a lot to play for as we are halfway through the season.
