Enrollment - New Students to Deerfield USD 216

New students to Deerfield USD 216  can enroll for the 2024-25 School Year through by completing a New Student Enrollment form found on THIS LINK.

New students to the district must have the following documents available for upload:

Copy of birth certificate

Immunization records
